If you have any concerns about a product, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we welcome you to contact us.

We’re in the office Monday – Sat 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST. You can send us an email any time or reach out through the “Contact Us” page. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days!

Our Shipping Policy

When to Expect Your Order

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-hour payment processing period. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with within 5-7 business days. business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping is only 3-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.

Our Return Policy

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at Zelinski Woodworks within 20 days of purchase.

If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

If your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.

If your product(s) were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.

Please note: We are unable to refund return shipping fees.
